Class Cancellation Policy

If we cancel the class, you will receive a full refund.

If you cannot attend the class, contact us before the class start time by email or telephone to receive a full credit to apply to a class of comparable value.

No shows without prior notice will not receive a credit.

If a balance is due, we will send several reminder emails before automatically processing a payment. We process payments seven (7) calendar days prior to the class date.  If you cannot make it to the class, please contact us before the automatic payment to prevent the card on file from being charged for the balance due.

If any payment is unable to be automatically processed, three payment reminders will be emailed, and after the third payment reminder, if payment has not been received within 24 hours of reservation, the reservation and deposit is forfeited and we reserve the right to cancel the reservation. If canceled, you may restore the reservation by contacting us via phone or email, and once restored, payment in full is due within 24 hours.
